Returns:

Personalised items cannot be returned. All other items please get in contact within 14 days and return item within 30 days. Please include name and order number with return. Item must be returned in the same condition you received it in.

• Avoid spraying with hairspray, perfume or aftershave as this can cause tarnishing
• Clean with a silver cloth if tarnishing occurs
